To receive your full money back in the form of a prepaid card, please do the following:
1. Circle the purchase price on the original dated receipt.
2. Write your name and address, city, state and zip code on a piece of paper, along with your date of birth and reason for dissatisfaction.
3. Then send us this paper, along with the original receipt and UPC* within 45 days of the purchase date and we’ll send you a full product refund (up to $55.99) via prepaid card (“Offer”). Limited to one (1) redemption per household. *Ninjamas product must be a qualified UPC, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. All Offers will be validated by Sponsor.

Prepaid cards accepted where Visa/MasterCard cards are accepted. Not redeemable as cash or usable at ATMs or gas pumps. Offer valid for products purchased July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Claims must be postmarked within 45 days of purchase date and ultimately by August 14, 2026. Card expires 6 months from issuance.
